Leonard Green & Partners (LGP) acquired a majority stake in Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC (fitness chain) from TPG Growth.
DedCool (fragrance brand) sold an additional equity stake to Sandbridge Capital.
HUUG raised $6 million from Kaylim Capital
Brynwood Partners sold Harvest Hill Beverage Company to Castillo Hermanos.
Skin Analytics raised 15 mill Euros led by Intrepid Growth.
Guardian Bikes (bicycles) raised a $19M line of credit from JPMorganChase to build a manufacturing facility.
Frank And Oak (sustainable fashion retailer) announced it would close the majority of its' 14 Canadian stores as part of its' restructuring process.
Fashionable, Inc. (womenswear retailer) filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
